The Process

1. Get in Touch

Once you reach out, we’ll send over our “Working with Summit Saunas” info pack.
This gives you a clear overview of how we work, the premium materials we use and what makes our builds different from your typical sauna. From there, we’ll guide you through key selections — like Accoya timber, heating systems, lighting options, and cladding styles — so we can start shaping your vision together.
2. Design Brief & Site Visit

You’ll then fill out our Custom Sauna Design Brief, where you’ll upload photos of your site, share design inspiration, list any must-haves, and select initial finishes.
Once received, we’ll arrange a site meeting to walk through the space, discuss details, and answer any questions. After that, we’ll start work on a 3D design concept tailored to your layout, refining it with you until every element is just right!
3. Locked In & Build Begins

With the design approved and your spot secured, we’ll get to work, ensuring a perfect fit and a truly custom finish. Our team handles everything — from framing to insulation, lighting, and fitting off — with a focus on premium workmanship.
You’ll be kept informed throughout the process, and once complete, we’ll commission the sauna and walk you through its operation to make sure you’re confident and ready to enjoy it.
